Ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret welding blueprints for fabrication and layout of steel, drawings specifications, manuals and processes, Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. Able to operate over head crane Able to weld structural and miscellaneous steel by flux core or arc welding. Required Qualifications Flux core arc welding (FCAW), Gas metal arc welding (GMAW), (MIG) 3 -5 Yrs experience required Able to operate drill presses, Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, Prepare jigs and set – ups for welding Able to operate shears and other metal shaping, straighting and bending machines. Attention to detail a must Must have good written and oral communication skills, Problem solving, Job task planning and organizing skills a must Must be a team player Required Skills
