Job Description
2nd Shift Production - Clean Room (Lakeland, FL)
As a production associate you will be cleaning and reprocessing medical devices according to strict FDA guidelines that must be adhered to at all times, within a clean room environment and include:
- Clean product and/or device according to FDA process standard
- Inspect product and/or device according to FDA process standard giving special attention to detail
- Determine whether product and/or device meets FDA quality standards
- Test finished products using indicators, gauges and other measuring equipment
- Repack product and/or device according to FDA process standard
- Prepare necessary documentation required for recording purposes
- Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines
- Read and follow assembly/production processes and needed
To qualify for these continuing opportunities, the following are PREFERRED:
- Experience working in a medical device, assembly or production environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, SOP or Lean Manufacturing Procedures.
- MUST to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- MUST have the ability to print in English
- Experience in a clean room enviroment
- Comfortable with cross training in various departments/positions
- Lift up to 30lbs
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Schedule:
These positions are hour shifts, with mandatory overtime on a frequent basis
2nd shift (4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.) OT is at the end of 2nd shift (2:30 a.m.
Pay Rate - $10.70 per hour
