To carry out all functions necessary in providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders, and promoting/suggesting products and services to customers. To carry out all duties delegated by the Photo Lab Supervisor and Store Management Team.Required QualificationsMust be at least 16 years of ageMust have the ability to perform the following tasks:Customer Service/Sales BuildingAddress all Photo Customers by nameComplete order envelopes for customersAssist customers in deciding the product and/or service that best meets their needsPrioritize all customer on-site orders based on pick-up timeSuggest additional photo products and services to all Photo customersFollow all customer off-site order policies and proceduresAssist customers with questions, problems, complaintsDevelop relationships with customers to promote repeat business and build salesMaintain customer confidentialityOperationsOperate a cash registerActively participate in the Photo Lab Training and Certification Program by certifying in all necessary modules and assisting intraining new Photo Lab employees within specified timeframesPerform all functions necessary to open and close the Photo LabDevelop, price and package photo ordersPrevent Photo waste prints from exceeding the established minimum standardMaintain a professional appearance by following the dress code and wearing a lab coat and name tag at all timesMaintain a neat and organized Photo Lab and storage areaFollow Federal and State laws and OSHA regulationsFollow all Company and Loss Prevention policiesOperate all equipment, kiosks and technologies associated with the Photo LabTroubleshoot machine issues and malfunctionsPerform regular equipment maintenanceUtilize all communication tools provided by the companyLift 50 pounds to a height of 4 feetNotify Photo Lab Supervisor and Store Management Team of issues as they ariseComplete all required paperwork in the Photo Lab per company guidelinesPerform all Front Store and Pharmacy activities assigned by the Photo Lab Supervisor and Store Management TeamMerchandise/PresentationFace and dust all areas surrounding the Photo LabStock and rotate inventory to ensure product homes are full at all timesRegularly check secondary home locations and restock as necessaryPreferred QualificationsPrevious retail experienceEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred
