Job Description
Walden at Lakewood Apartment Homes of East Tampa, FL needs an experienced Apartment Maintenance with HVAC / EPA certification.
The community is in very nice condition and has 160 units
Very Hands on position, you will have a porter make ready assisting you
Plumbing and AC experience is REQUIRED
Ability to be ON CALL most weekends is REQUIRED
Excellent Renewal bonus incentives and overtime pay during the summer.
