Contempo Real Estate Inc. has been in the Disney area marketplace for over 25 years. Due to a rapid portfolio expansion driven by our preferred & exclusive tour operator partnerships with Virgin Holiday’s (UK) and CVC (Brazil), we are actively seeking Licensed Real Estate Agents (speaking Portuguese a plus) to join our team.
Contempo has innovative marketing partnerships/programs to generate a consistent flow of new leads and listings, an exclusive portfolio of products with branded local builders, with commissions up to 10%, payable up to 100%, 50% up front commissions, strong fixed income rental programs to support sales and an immediate cash flow opportunity of $1,000 for each new existing vacation home moved into Contempo’s rental management program. Contempo also provides in house marketing material production and Internet campaign designs, Office equipment, unlimited international calls to keep in touch with clients, mentoring and coaching, comprehensive training for new agents and more.
Job Requirements for Contempo Real Estate Agent
CRE is a member of NAR/ FAR and OSCAR;
Vacation and investment home sales experience preferred;
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual a plus;
Must be a moderately tech-savvy agent who can use our technology to engage and manage clients;
Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally for real estate shows and exhibits;
