Front Desk Office Associate in Lakeland, Florida For Sale

We have a position open with a reputable company in Lakeland, seeking a front desk office associate who can be flexible with their work schedule to coincide with business trends. Position hours are 7:30 a.m. - noon, M-F, with flexibility to work up to 8 hours as a regular work day, should business dictate, up to 40 hours and may transition into a full time position at some point in the future. This is a great opportunity to work with a fabulous team. Pay is between $10 - $11/hr. depending on experience. Desired skill set includes: Phones - 5 lines Job scheduling (will be trained) Word Excel Accounting - Back Easy system preferred Multi-tasking Flexibility Customer Service with a smile Excellent grammar and phone etiquette Legible/neat handwriting skills Candidate training will consist of a two week period, and must be open to constructive feedback for success.
