Job Duties include, but are not limited to: Home inspection upon guest check out Perform repair and maintenance tasks as assigned Enter and update work orders in Report Daily to Operations Manager and must keep Manager informed of any information pertinent to the vacation homes both inside and outside of the homes Maintenance technicians are accountable for the completion and documentation of routine and emergency Maintenance requests Immediate Response time is often required during the day and during rotation of emergency call Successful Maintenance technicians demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professional interaction with both guests and fellow team members
