This position is responsible for performing administrative duties for a busy real estatecompany. The individual will type correspondence, maintain files, and gather information to prepare various periodic reports. The person may occasionally communicate withclients and other company associates through email and phone contact. This position will also involve utilizing database software.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well organized, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Candidates that have worked for a real estate firm, bank, title company or mortgage companywill be given priority consideration.Qualified candidates should possess administrative skills including excellenttyping/data entry skills. Computer knowledge is required, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary for position is $12.00/hr.
