As a result our Sales Managers have the potential to rapidly advance into six figure management. Responsibilities: Conducting in-person meetings/presentations with clients and prospects. Cold-calling on potential new customers Closing business and following-up to ensure satisfaction and consistent service. Maintain daily reporting sales tool and knowledge database. Planning, organizing, and implementing results driven business development strategies. Attain or exceed measurable business objectives and goals on a monthly basis. Required Skills: Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office and email applications Ability to interface at the most senior levels at a customer site. Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. Expert level organizational skills Sale Managers must able to: Provide leadership & direction to a sales team comprised of both existing sales professionals as well as hiring & training new sales professionals. Create an environment of success while building a strong team. Assist in preparation of bids and presentations to prospective and existing business. Monitor sales team performance and communicates results to individuals, teams, and the president. Support sales team via ride-alongs, 1-on-1 meetings, training, coaching and reporting.
