Our Westridge holiday rental villa details: Location: Our privately owned 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury villa is set in the quiet and peaceful location on the beautiful Westridge Community, which is situated in a prime location on Highway 27 with Disney being just 15 minutes away. It is just off Highway 192, the main route through Kissimmee, with its many restaurants, bars, retail outlets and other attractions and there is easy access to the I4 - making the airports and Tampa (for Busch Gardens) easy to reach. Pool Area: There is an extended sunny pool deck area which is fully screened and looks out onto orange grove trees in the back yard. Ample luxury patio furniture is provided for all guests and pool heating is available if required. On your return from the theme parks, the pool will be waiting to bathe your hot skin in cool water. Just imagine sitting by your own pool in the evening relaxing and maybe having dinner or a snack, simply wonderful. Great Room: The Great Room lives up to its name. We have upgraded all the furniture offering an exceptionally high degree of comfort and luxury. One of the sofas converts into a double bed so the villa is able to sleep up to 10 people and the patio doors look out on to a very inviting extended pool area. Vaulted ceilings give you a wonderful feeling of space and size. Included in the room is an large HD/TV with Verizon FIOS, DVD/Video, various DVD's & video's and a selection of games. We have also added ceiling fans in the Great Room and all the bedrooms. The entire villa is fully air-conditionined. Finally there is a wireless phone available with FREE local, long distance and international calls (including Canada & UK), also an answering machine is available. Dinning Area: The formal dining area is towards the front of the villa and has easy access to the kitchen. There is a dining table, 6 chairs with room for an infant's highchair. The Nook: The Nook is right off the kitchen area and is a great place to start your busy day. It is also a great place to sit at the end of your day for a cup of coffee or tea. It is right next to the in-house Intercomm system where you can play music while you sit and relax. The Kitchen: Our kitchen is fitted with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, blender, large fridge freezer & all the crockery, glassware and utensils you will possibly need. This makes it home away from home for the chef and can save you a lot of money by not eating out. If you have small children accommodating their needs will be much easier. The food pantry is right off the kitchen where you can store your food, snacks that you will want to take with you to the parks. The Laundry Room: Unlike most villas, you dont have to do your laundry int he garage. We have an isolated laundry room off the hallway that has a large washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This is a great way to keep your clothes clean and get ready for next days activities. Master Bedroom: This room is especially fitted out to make sure the parents also have their little bit of luxury. The master suite overlooks the pool area, has an American size king bed, large dressing table, cable TV, DVD/VCR, phone with answer machine and a clock radio. There is a large walk in closet (wardrobe) with plenty of space where the baby furniture is normally stored. Lets not forget you also have a large en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and nice large shower. The upgraded shower head gives many different types of sprays to suit your mood, power, champagne, pulse, you choose. Don't worry about linen, pool towels (some themed for the younger guests) and luxury bath towels they are all taken care of and included free of charge. Twin Room: Our first twin bed room has it's own built in wardrobe and bedside tables to store all your bits 'n' pieces. A portable clock radio adds some 'sounds' to the room. This room is perfect for any age group. It shares the second bathroom that comes with hairdryer. Disney Room: The second twin bed room has been decorated to cater for the smaller guests (from ages 2 to 92) when they want to enjoy the Disney experience. We have provided a Mickey talking alarm clock, Mickey talking lamp, Mickey TV and DVD combo with cable TV. We also have several Disney pictures on the wall to make them feel like home. This room is a really nice place for those visiting Disney for the first time. Queen Bedroom: The third bedroom comes with a comfortable Queen size bed. In some cases it rivals the master suite. This room also has a large closet (wardrobe), ceiling fan, hair dryer and clock radio for you to use. Don't forget there is also a cable TV with video & DVD. There is also a computer in this room for high-speed Internet usage. Lighting: The front of the villa has motion lighting to assist you are getting out of your car and at the front door when you are returning. Rental Prices: Low Season (November - February excluding Christmas) œ352 / $700 per week Mid Season (March - June excluding Easter, September - October) œ387 / $770 per week High Season (July - August, Christmas / Easter) œ427 / $850 per week These prices include sheets and towels. A separate charge of œ53 / $105 per week is made for the pool heating (not normally required during Mid - High Season). This is collected by the management company who, as is common practise for most villa rentals, will arrange for the heater to be turned on upon request and once payment is received by them. Westridge Neighborhood Info: When creating this community they really thought about what it was going to be used for and created a wonderful and large club house. Membership for this clubhouse is exclusively for villa owners and their guests. So as our guest you will have full use of all these facilities. Some other communities do not have this and that is what makes a stay at our villa in Manors at Westridge just a little more special. The club house comprises of a large communal pool where you can meet and mix with other holiday makers to swap stories. The pool area has pool furniture laid out for your use, a shaded area with fans to cool you down and outside showers. Inside the Club House they have a large lounge area with several TVs, lots of seating and a kitchen/bar area. It is ideal for groups of holiday makers to meet up and have a chat about the days activities and plan for the next. The Club House also has a reception area, reading room and for those that feel they need to release some energy there is a fitness room available. Lots of coupons and information leaflets are available inside.
