We have a large, spacious kitchen, 3 modern refrigerators and new appliances, plenty of storage space, and lots of other amenities and entertainment options. Full wi-fi, and an separated outside screened sitting/entertainment room equipped with music, wifi, tv, mini-fridge, microwave, where we permit social smoking and drinking as we do not smoke inside the house. We have 3 friendly and smart dogs that everyone loves, and a cat. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a reliable source of legitimate income (not necessarily employed) and willing to become a viable part of our household. We do not have much social company, so the home is generally peaceful, private and without a lot of visitors coming and going, and it's our hope to be good friends with whom ever becomes our housemate.
