My girlfriend and I moved in this apartment a month ago, and now she's left me. Im looking for someone to come and split the the apartment with me. It is a one bedroom, partially furnished, and we can work out where you could either have the bedroom ($450) or living room ($400). We would split utilities. Prices may be negotiable, just work with me. Theres plenty of space, its a good neighborhood, and its within 10 minutes from almost everything! I'd perfer someone who's relatively clean, relatively social and lbgt and 420 friendly. I wont discriminate otherwise, but I'd want to make sure we're both comfortable! No pets, please. I'd perfer one roommate, but will accomodate a couple for an add'l fee.
